First-Generation Tech Learner Fixes Community Electrical Issues
Master Sultan, a student from Telangana, used his learnings from the Atal Tinkering Labs Program to solve a problem in his community. His father, an electrician, was unable to repair small appliances due to wiring issues.
Sultan observed this, visited the shop, and carefully fixed the connection himself. He took precautions and applied what he learned in his STEM classes. His father was impressed and now takes Sultan’s help regularly.
Sultan also keeps track of every repair, notes the problems he faces, and asks questions in class to improve further.
This young innovator is not only solving real-life problems but also growing as a responsible learner and contributor in his community. He is an example of how early exposure to STEM can build life-long problem-solving skills.
