Rising Beyond Data: Shruthi’s Journey of Inspiration and Success

In the vibrant halls of Maharani Cluster University, a determined young woman named Shruthi set her sights on a future in the realm of data. She was eager to pursue her dreams and make a mark in the world of data analysis and analytics. 

Motivated and with a clear vision, Shruthi’s journey took an exciting turn when she was introduced to the “Women & AI” program.

Immersing herself in this transformative opportunity, Shruthi undertook an intensive 20-hour training program. This program delved into the fundamentals of data analysis and analytics, equipping her with essential skills using Excel, Power BI, Python, and building her communication skills and job preparedness. With newfound knowledge and skills in hand, Shruthi eagerly set forth on her career path.

The result of her hard work and dedication was a position secured as an Executive Intern at Bharath Heavy Electrical Limited. This accomplishment is a testament to her perseverance and the invaluable opportunities presented by the ‘Women & AI’ initiative.
